It’s truly said, Need is the mother of Invention… It was when we launched MassTouch and realized that there are tons and tons of features that we can add on and enhance its usage.

The most frequently occurred situation was logging on to the software even on off days to send text messages and emails. It was getting tiresome for everyone to login even on holidays.

The technical team started working on it and finally came up with the solution as scheduling the campaign for the required date and time on a day prior to the occurrence as per convenience and click “send” and then…………. Relax…!! The campaign will be automatically sent on the fed date and time. One does not have to bother himself to work even on a day off.

I again realized that actually working on a project is so very different from the times when one frames its commencement. The thing turns out to be totally different from what you expect. You get to know where it lacks and where it excels only after getting its response from the market.

Touchwood, MassTouch is doing fairly good in the market and adding on features like “Scheduler” is helping us and the user in making things further easier.

This was all about the Add On feature of MassTouch. Now talking about the new entrant in the e-ventures team… Anupriya Ghosh joined the e-ventures team as Business Development Manager and is of great help to e-ventures. She is sweet with attitude as well as a very intelligent marketer.

Another person to be thankful of is Paras for his extended support offered by him as and when needed. He is prompt and a quick learner and has been a help everytime.

Finally, As always, I wish e-ventures All the Good Luck so that it can prosper and can augment the product even more.

The First Assignment…

Sir came out of his cabin n said in a slightly louder voice, “CONGRATULATIONS… The deal is finalized”. This moment was an achievement for e-ventures. I mean the launch was done just a few days back n we got an assignment so early. WOW!

The deal was with “The World of Titan” a well known brand everybody knows. This deal was not for a month or so, it was an ongoing deal.

Sir called me and Preeti Mam to discuss about the further proceedings and acquainted me with my tasks. The best moment was when I was leaving Sir’s cabin n he said “Neha, All the Best for your first assignment.” And I was thrilled with excitement and dedication to do it to my best.

The campaign of the company is going to start from today and they’ll be using our MassTouch Mass SMS service the same. The e-ventures team is all set to go.

Talking about the launch of e-ventures, I must say, was a totally different experience for me. I just joined this firm and got to learn so many new things in a row. Being a fresher, I had no knowledge of anything. Initially I was given miscellaneous tasks regarding the web page development of e-ventures later on I felt immensely grateful to my seniors who confided in me and allowed me to be the part of other important issues of e-ventures. To be true, I had no knowledge of the product also but further while working on it I got to learn so many things that now I can take a little class of other people also, but for sure, not as perfectly as my seniors can. Though I was not the part of the legalities but about the commercials, I never knew so many things were required. So many different documents to be prepared, so many things to be taken care of. I now firmly believe that practical is entirely different from theory. I was unaware of so many things as I never came across all this during my academics. This launch taught me a lot.

I feel so nice and pleasured to acknowledge the following people who instructed and guided me all the time and made it easier for me to have an intellectual experience during this process. They are:

Mr. Parijat Pathak- the whole and soul of e-ventures, who actually has a brilliant and innovative mind to come up with such a thoughtful venture. He is a proactive person with a practical approach. He has so much clarity in his thoughts that it was never a problem to understand how he wanted things to be executed. He being my super senior, never made me feel hesitant while confronting a problem or doubts with him.

Mrs. Preeti Joshi- who is a perfect superior one can have. A guide, a friend, a mentor, who is very transparent and just with the people around her. The best things about her is, she; like any other person in charge; never took the credit of others. I was obliged to work with her. She never made me feel like a subordinate instead made me more responsible with my job.

Along with this, there are few of my colleagues who supported us in their little ways to make this launch possible, like Neha Bansal and Richaa Malviya, who helped me concentrate on e-ventures by offering help at every instance.

I feel so much connected to e-ventures that every time I hope and wish e-ventures to be a successful company as I have full faith in the unique package of service it is offering.
